Deepa Rao-Sisario joined LIM College in 2020 as the Director of the Office of Learning Innovation. With over 20 years of experience in higher education, Deepa has worked in community colleges, medical education, social work education, and both undergraduate and graduate programs. She began her career by managing a project that supported the transition of nontraditional adult learners into post-secondary education. She also teaches College Success, our first year seminar.

For the past decade, she has specialized in developing innovative and engaging fully online (asynchronous) courses. At the Office of Learning Innovation, she manages the faculty development program and oversees the development of online courses and programs.

She holds a master's degree in Instructional Technology and Media from Teachers College, Columbia University.
