Course Preparation

ReadyGo Checklist

In an effort to ensure our students have a successful start to their semester we have compiled a list of items that must be completed in your Canvas course shell before it can be published. Please note, faculty cannot publish courses on their own. They must submit the course for review to the Office of Learning Innovation. The staff will review the course, offer feedback if necessary, and publish.

The general timeline for the OLI ReadyGo process is:

  • 4-6 weeks before semester/session start: course shells are available for editing/updating.
  • 2 weeks before: ReadyGo checklists are due.
  • 1 week before, courses open to students.
