The Office of Learning Innovation

Welcome!

The Office of Learning Innovation (OLI) at LIM College operates under the umbrella of Academic Affairs and is dedicated to advancing academic excellence and innovation across all course offerings. In alignment with our mission to foster a culture of teaching excellence and student-centered learning, the Office of Learning Innovation provides inclusive, research-informed professional development for faculty across all teaching modalities.

Throughout the academic year, we offer numerous opportunities for faculty to connect and grow through pedagogical workshops, technology trainings, the OLI Faculty Connect forum, and weekly office hours. We also host the Annual Teaching & Learning Conference, a signature event that celebrates and shares innovative teaching practices.

In addition to organizing development opportunities, we partner closely with subject matter experts to develop fully online (asynchronous) courses, ensuring engaging and effective learning experiences for all students.
