The Office of Learning Innovation (OLI) at LIM College and the Marcuse School of Graduate Studies is dedicated to fostering academic excellence and student-centric learning by advancing innovative teaching practices. Our mission is to support faculty development, enhance teaching methodologies across the various course modalities, and continually adapt to the evolving educational landscape to ensure the highest standards of education at the College.

1. Educational Workshops/Conferences: Provide OLI and faculty facilitated workshops and conferences designed to enhance teaching strategies and pedagogical skills.
2. One-on-One Consultations: Offer personalized guidance to address individual teaching challenges and goals.
3. Online Course Development: Guidance in designing courses that are both engaging and effective in meeting learning objectives.
4. Educational Technology Training: Equip faculty with the latest tools and technologies to enhance the student learning experience.
